Below are the steps we take at Jane Allen Purtell and Associates to achieve maximum results in the marketing of your property, with greater cost savings to you.

  1. Prepare a comprehensive Competitive Market Analysis of your property.

  2. Professional photos of the property will be taken for Internet access. The listing will be placed in the MLS (multiple listing service).

  3. The listing will be placed on our highly marketed web site.

  4. Our Listing Alert service will automatically email the listing to thousands of buyers.

  5. A Fonville Morisey For Sale sign will be placed for neighborhood exposure.

  6. A flyer box attached to the sign will distribute detailed property information.

  7. Pre-qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.

  8. Monitor the marketplace and keep you updated of new sales and listings.

  9. Upon receipt of an offer, represent your highest interests and negotiate the best price and terms, then ensure that all contracts and disclosures are legally binding and properly executed.

  10. Oversee all Title, Escrow, Inspections and Mortgage issues to ensure a timely and successful close of escrow.

  11. Host Broker Open Houses and/or Public Open Houses when appropriate.
