The Joy of my career has been the opportunity to help
hundreds and hundreds of families realize their home
ownership dreams. Here a are a few of their stories: A
relocating couple, having previously owned many homes,
had just purchased a new home. The offer to purchase was
signed and accepted. A short time later, during
follow-up research and review, I discovered a
potentially troublesome property problem that I felt had
not been adequately disclosed and which could have
significantly affected both their enjoyment and future
property resale. I was able to recover my buyer's
earnest money (thousands of dollars)! They went on to
purchase a delightful property in which they have full
confidence.
I helped a single parent begin life again with the
purchase of a home for herself and her children. She had
virtually no money to invest. I was able to put together
a financial package to capture a large sum of special
monies for her. It made the difference!
One relocating couple I worked with was delighted
that I had found and they had secured their ideal home
because I continued to search diligently. We found their
dream home just as they were prepared to submit an offer
on an "OK" home they were willing to accept. Their dream

One local couple, wanting to trade-up to a larger

quotes (2) set them up with cleaning crews (3) arranged
